LART - Lenoir Automation Robots Technologies
The Teams
University of the West of Scotland: Now
Director of the Hutchison Mechatronics Laboratory. I am supervising two PhD students:
- Autonomous vehicles certification framework.
- Simulation, control and optimization of industrial cleaning processes.
I have supervised two innovation projects (KTPs)
- Design of a robotics workcell for laser bar manipulation with Helia Photonics with high precision over large workspace.
- Design of the first auomated industrial cleaning processed based on ozone decontamination. Winner of three awards.
I have worked on the new design of parallel robots based on deployable mechanism with Dr. Damien Chablat (CNRS) and professor Luc Baron (Montreal Polytechnique). I have also worked with professor Roskam on the implementatiomn of micro-controllers for parallel robot controls.
Memorial University: 2012 - 2016
Founder and director of the High Performance Robotics Laboratory in Newfounland.
I have supervised one team of 4 Master students and 2 PhD full-time students added with two PhD part-time students.
Toros University: 2010 - 2012
Founder and director of the Sunflower Laboratory at the Toros University in Turkey, where I supervised two master students and collaborated with one researcher from Fidji on Genetic Algorithms for solving the kinematics problems of parallel robots. I have contributed to technological transfers towards two local companies in Mersin.
METU: 2008 - 2010
At the Middle East technical University, I have worked on the design of solar tracker robots for solar panels in collaboration with a company located in Nicosia (Cyprus).
UCLAN: 2006-2008
At the University of Central Lancashire, in the Robotics and Vision Laboratory, I have worked with Leyland Trucks on automatic reprogramming of robots and the integration of articulated robots on mobile robots mobile aiming the dynamic factory for BAE. I was also discussing with The Atomic Energy for nuclear decommissioning.
Our Services
Expertise in design, modeling and control of industrial robots and UAVs for any task. Simulation systems allow to evaluate robots in any scenarios. It is thus possible to examine certification of these robot controllers.
Proposal of automation, instrumentation and control projects for all manufacuring processes. I am specialised in machine-tools.
Possibility of automation potential audits of any kind of factories and laboratories.
